Kristian Vedel designed the bird family in 1959, and the family of wooden birds has since become one of the most successful decorations for Danish homes. It changes its mood when you turn its head, and the body can be turned either up or down to give either a masculine or feminine expression. Over time, the wood will develop a patina and become even more beautiful.
