Refund policy
Customers who have made a purchase on the webshop can request a refund of their purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase.
If the item has already been received by the buyer, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, and at the buyer's own expense. If the product being returned is not in the same condition as when purchased, the amount will not be refunded, and no receivable will be given to the buyer.
Reimbursement of payment takes place via a third party, and the processing time is up to 15 working days.
The amount can only be refunded using the same payment method with which the purchase was made. All refunds must be addressed in writing to email: info@thenordicvault.com and no later than 14 days after the purchase has been made.
The Nordic Vault does not accept refunds for purchased items via phone calls. All shipments are made with a Danish courier company of the sender's choice. If the item is sent in Denmark, the contents are insured in accordance with terms and conditions of the courier company. If there is damage to contents in the care of the courier company, the buyer is obliged to contact and report the damage directly to the relevant operator/courier.
The Nordic Vault does not accept responsibility for damage caused during the transport of goods to the buyer.
If the buyer cannot resolve the dispute with the courier company, The Nordic Vault will assist the buyer in the process of working out a settlement. However, The Nordic Vault can at no time assume financial responsibility or refund for goods destroyed, damaged or stolen/lost in the courier company's custody.
