Beautiful sapphire blue glass vase from Holmegaard, design by Per Lutken 1950s

The vase is part of the Akva series, which was produced at Holmegaard Glassworks from 1953 to 1976.
It is made of thick, conical glass in a distinctive blue-gray "aqua" color.
The Umanak series was designed by Per Lütken in 1958 and is available in several different sizes.
Original vases are often signed at the bottom with "Holmegaard" and the designer's monogram "PL", as well as a production year or number.
