Danish vintage terracotta fruit bowl on a foot, designed by P. Ipsen's Widow, 1970s.

This fine terracotta fruit bowl on a pedestal was made by the Copenhagen workshop P. Ipsens Enke in the early 20th century.

Material and design: Unglazed, matte terracotta in characteristic warm yellow and brown hues, decorated with fruit or nut reliefs.

Origin: Made by P. Ipsens Enkes Kongelige Hof-Terracotta-Fabrik in Copenhagen – a company known for its ceramics in the Skønvirke and Art Deco styles.
